Description
20000 leagues under the sea, author of the project development of a series of television films. Sketch №3 – Keith unknown species. Paper, pen, hand technique (52,39 cm x 35,87 cm / 6188x4237 pixel) 300 dpi
I quickly got up and sat on the back of a being or object semi-submersible in water on which we had taken refuge. Kicking it with foot, I found out that it was spin-tight and solid, but not elastic, unlike to body of large mammals. I thought we were on the bony skull, similar to the skulls of antediluvian animals, so I would have to carry monster to the category of reptiles, like turtles or alligators, but it was not so, the black back on which I stood was smooth and polished and not flaky. Stricken it produced a metallic sound and gave the impression of riveted steel plates. There was no doubt: an animal, a monster, a living phenomenon, a mystery what excited the scientific world and the shocking sailors of both hemispheres, it turned out – we had to believe the evidence - even more surprising phenomenon, a phenomenon created by human hand!
